Global Top Tier Asset Management firm

The Associate Director or Sr. Associate will report to Asset Managers and oversee multiple real estate assets in Japan.
This role requires building strong internal relationships and contributing to broader real estate functions,
including investment analysis, opportunity review, and strategic asset management input.

Asset Management: Maximize returns through strategic oversight, renovations, and repositioning.
Financial Oversight: Develop and monitor capex plans, budgets, and financial performance.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with property managers, partners, lenders, and consultants.
Debt & Financing: Manage financing, reporting, and refinancing processes.
Strategic Planning: Create business plans, leasing strategies, and hold/sell analyses.
Transactions: Lead asset dispositions and support acquisitions with due diligence.
Valuations & Reporting: Conduct internal valuations and review external reports.
Initiatives: Support internal systems, sustainability (GRESB), and other projects.

Language
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
-English: Proficient (preferred)
-Japanese: Native or fluent (required)

Experience
-Minimum 3 years in real estate asset management

Skills
-Solid understanding of real estate markets
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications
-Real Estate Broker License (Chartered Member preferred)
