Job Description
・ビジネス成長戦略の策定と指揮、実践
・組織の運営および管理監督
・収益管理(P＆L)、予算策定
・営業責任者としての新規ビジネス開拓指揮
Requirements
Must:
・Minimum 20 years, sales experiences and track record with JOEM
・Minimum 5 years, people management (30ppl～)
・Business management (with P&L experiences)
・Native Japanese and Business level English
・Working in matrix organization
Good to have:
・Management manufacturing facility
Additional Information
想定年収: ～ 20M JPY (Base)＋incentive
