・物件ソーシング業務
・アンダーライティング業務
・デューデリジェンス業務
・ドキュメンテーション業務
・クロージング業務全般
・投資家、レンダー対応業務全般（私募ファンドに限る）
Requirements
・不動産運用会社での複数年のアクイジション経験（私募REIT、私募ファンド）
・ドキュメンテーション能力
・Excel（苦手意識がなく、関数をそつなく扱える方）
・自発的に業務に取り組んでいただける方
・コミュニケーション能力のある方
・大卒以上
