Job Description
-用地取得、プロジェクト管理、リーシング担当など関係部門と連携し、ファンド運用をサポート
-ファンドのパフォーマンスを継続的に分析・モニタリング
-投資案件におけるリスク・リターンの評価、売却判断（Hold-Sell分析）の実施およびその実行対応
-投資家対応業務、投資委員会向け資料（ICメモ）の作成、各種報告書の作成・提出
Requirements
-不動産関連企業での業務経験、または投資業務・プロジェクトファイナンス分野での実務経験を有すること
-DCF分析、企業価値評価（Valuation）、IRR算出などの基本的なファイナンシャルモデリングスキルを保有していること
-英語による業務上のテキストコミュニケーションに抵抗がなく、ビジネスシーンで対応できる英語力があること
