■ディレクターのリードのもと、アンダーライティング（投資収益分析等のデューデリジェンス業務）
■ご経験・適性・ご希望に応じて、ソーシング（物件情報の収集。ホテル、オフィス、住宅、物流施設など幅広く）、ドキュメンテーション、クロージングなど
Requirements
【必須】
■不動産のアンダーライティング経験（私募ファンドにおける経験があれば尚可）
■日本語でのスムーズなコミュニケーション能力（読み書き・会話、共に、文脈や立場に応じて適切なコミュニケーション）
【歓迎】
■英語力や中国語力
