Job Description
■投資機会や市場戦略に関する分析・資料作成を行い、投資／売却のアンダーライティング
■取引市場の動向を定期的にモニタリングし、仲介会社やオーナーなどから取引情報を収集
■投資提案に必要なデータや情報を収集
■買収検討のため、バリュエーションやフィージビリティ分析をリード
■投資稟議書の作成や、ファンドチーム・IC向けQ&Aのためのデータ収集
■マーケットリサーチ、リーガル、テック DD などを含むデューデリジェンスを実施できるサービスプロバイダーの選定、評価
■リーシング、トランザクション、DD領域のサービスプロバイダーとの関係構築・維持
Requirements
【必須】
■ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力および英語力
■不動産投資およびファイナンスへの強い関心
■不動産ファンドでの 3～8年程度の実務経験
■ExcelやPowerPoint を中心とした Microsoft Office の高いスキル
