Job Description
不動産SPC（TMK・TK-GK）に関する以下の業務
・月次・年次の決算業務（記帳代行業者とのコミュニケーション含む）
・予実管理・キャッシュフロー管理
・年度予算・四半期ごとの予測レポート作成
・税務申告
・監査対応
・金融機関との折衝
・海外本社へのレポート
・その他経理業務に付随する業務全般
・チームのマネジメント
・業務改善プロジェクトの遂行
Requirements
・ファンド又は不動産SPCの会計経験
・大手企業またはアウトソース先等での経理、およびJGAAPの実務経験
・金融機関における実務経験（特に外資系）
・IFRSの実務経験
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
