・エンジニアの評価制度、キャリアパスの設計および運用
・完全内製化に向けた組織構造の定義とチームビルディング
・開発プロセスの改善（スクラム導入、生産性向上）および技術文化の醸成
・メンバーのメンタリング、育成および心理的安全性の確保
Requirements
・エンジニア組織を数倍、数十倍へと拡大させた経験
・30~50人以上のエンジニア組織のマネジメント経験
・カンファレンス露出やテックブログを含めた技術広報の戦略設計、運用改善をした経験
・エンジニアの評価制度を構築、運用した経験（グレード設定、職能ごとの期待役割、目標設定及びモニタリングプロセス）
