This role partners closely with Japan-based business teams to understand complex commercial processes and translate business needs into effective IT and data-driven solutions. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, the position supports requirement definition, process improvement, and solution alignment across multiple functions.

The role is a senior individual contributor position requiring strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and experience working in regulated, complex environments. There is potential to grow into a team leadership role in the future.

Key Responsibilities
・Act as a liaison between business teams and IT to align requirements and solutions
・Analyze and document business processes and system requirements
・Support prioritization and delivery of business applications and data/BI initiatives
・Drive consensus across cross-functional stakeholders
・Improve business analysis practices and ways of working

・10+ years of professional experience in IT or business systems roles
・Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English
・Strong experience delivering and enhancing business applications and systems
・Hands-on experience with BI and data management initiatives, including post-implementation support
・Proven ability to engage and influence senior business stakeholders
・Experience working in matrix organizations requiring collaboration and persuasion
・Strong skills in documenting and presenting complex processes clearly
