Job Description
-ソーシング（案件発掘、情報収集）
-投資家の開拓およびリレーションシップ強化
-物件評価、投資採算性の分析
-物件取得に係る交渉
-デューデリジェンス、リスク分析、キャッシュフロー分析
-不動産ファンドの組成
-ノンリコースローン調達に伴うレンダーとの交渉
-ストラクチャーの構築
上記に加え、これまでのご経験に応じて幅広い業務をお任せする予定です。
Requirements
-不動産業務（不動産融資、仲介、鑑定含む）の経験者であればアクイジション業務未経験者も可
-能動的に行動できる方
-コミュニケーションスキルの高い方
