Job Description
・REITまたは私募ファンド保有物件の中長期運用計画、年次予算の作成及びその為のインフラ構築
・物件の収益向上施策の立案・推進
・物件のHold-Sell分析や売却、取得・売却におけるクロージング業務
・投資家、社内レポーティング等
Requirements
・不動産アセットマネジメント業務経験（資産運用会社、投資銀行、銀行・保険会社、商社等で概ね5年以上の経験）
・キャッシュフローモデルの作成・分析
