Job Description
■既存投資案件のパフォーマンスやリターンを評価するための財務分析、業界および市場リサーチ
■継続的な財務・運営状況のモニタリングおよび分析、バリューアップ、リスク管理
■ファンドとプロジェクトマネジメントチーム、ならびに投資家とのコミュニケーション
■投資家向けレポートおよび社内資料（パフォーマンスレポート、投資委員会向けメモ等）の作成
Requirements
【必須】
■流暢レベル以上の日本語力（スピーキング、読み書き）
■不動産経験
■英語力（レベルは不動産AM経験年数に応じて個別に判断。経験が豊富な場合は英語力要件が緩和される可能性あり）
