・組織マネジメントおよび人材育成
・新会社設立フェーズにおけるビジネスモデル・組織設計の推進
Requirements
・事業責任者またはそれに準ずる経験
・PL責任を持った事業運営経験（目安：数十億規模以上）
・組織マネジメント経験（100名規模以上が望ましい）
・パートナー／アライアンス戦略の実務経験
