Hiroki is part of our Technology team focusing on mid to executive level assignments in AI, machine learning, computer vision and software R&D. 

Originally from Aichi Prefecture, graduated from Nagoya City University. He encompasses over 19 years recruitment experience across Tokyo & Nagoya with an accomplished & successful track record and has strong knowledge of Manufacturing & Automotive sectors.  

From 2015, Hiroki shifted his focus to executive search and has successfully completed many C-level searches to date. His strong commitment to conducting searches based on a detailed analysis of the client's positioning in the industry, strategies, and challenges enabled him to build strong trust & rapport with Clients & Candidates.  

He joined RGF Executive Search with an unwavering passion to help Japanese companies increase their international competitiveness and improve the value of their businesses, and to contribute to the career development of highly motivated business professionals.  

In his spare time, He enjoy working out, trail running, watching basketball, DJing, gaming, and traveling with family.
