Job Description
商業施設・オフィス・ホテルを対象としたアセットマネジメント業務を担当いただきます。
予算管理、リーシング戦略、CAPEX計画、PM/BM管理、投資家・金融機関対応を通じて、物件価値および収益性向上を推進するポジションです。
■主な業務
年度予算策定・予実管理
CAPEX・修繕計画のレビューおよび進捗管理
リーシング戦略・テナント施策の立案および管理
賃貸借契約・PM/BM契約等のレビューおよび条件交渉
PM/BM会社のマネジメント
月次レポート、信託指図書、決算書レビュー
投資家・金融機関向けレポーティング
不動産鑑定士、CM、弁護士、会計士等との連携
Requirements
・学歴：大学卒業以上
・業界経験：アセットマネージャー2年以上経験者
・英語力があると尚可

基本はフレックス、リモート勤務可能
