【主な業務内容】
■PEチームおよびポートフォリオ企業と連携し、CREカーブアウト／スピンオフなどのコーポレート案件や複雑な取引に対応
■バリューアップ戦略（リポジショニング、再開発、アクティブアセットマネジメント）の策定および実行、ならびにアセットマネジメントおよび売却の実行
■アンダーライティング、財務分析・モデリング、リスク／リターン評価の主導、および投資メモ（主に日本語）の作成
Requirements
【必須】
■不動産投資10年以上の実務経験
■M&Aやバイアウト投資の経験があれば尚可
