Chris has been working in executive search since 2007, focusing primarily on mid to senior executive-level positions within the financial industry in Japan. 

His deep understanding of the market and fluency in Japanese, English, and French enable him to fully support both domestic and international clients with their hiring needs, while also advising and supporting candidates on their next career move. 

Chris started his recruiting career in 2007 at a boutique executive search firm, where he spent a year as a researcher before becoming a full-time consultant specializing in the Japanese financial industry. 

Born in France and raised in the UK, Chris moved to Japan in 1990 at the age of 18 for what was originally supposed to be a one-year stay. More than 35 years later, he continues to live and work in Japan. He graduated from Asia University with a BA in International Relations.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his children and is also an avid sports fan.
