Jonas specializes in senior level commercial and technical searches within Automotive, Mobility, and Engineering Solutions Industries, serving both domestic and foreign capital companies across Japan. 

Jonas started his automotive executive search career in 2014 in Tokyo, focusing on senior level roles in Active Safety, Passive Safety, and Infotainment, Telematics Technologies. In the past few years, Jonas expanded the area of focus into the fields of Autonomous Driving, Artificial Intelligence, and Engineering Solutions as well. Since 2014, he has successfully completed numerous senior level searches in General Management, as well as Sales, Engineering and Quality Management.  

Prior to his career in executive search, Jonas gained experience in Construction and Engineering Service Industries, in the capacity of HR and International Sales Management.
