Sayuri is a member of the Technology team, working mainly on new technology, AI, and in charge of middle to senior management level, focusing on software development.

After graduating from university, she worked as a sales in the temporary staffing industry, and has been involved in the recruiting business since 2003.
She has extensive experience as a researcher and consultant and have supported many companies in their career changes.
Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, she worked for a recruiting firm in the manufacturing/automotive and industrial tech, where she was one of the top performers.
Sayuri is committed to understanding the true needs of both the company and the candidate, and to making the job change process intrinsically worthwhile.
She strives to understand the true needs of both clients and candidates, to build good relationships, and to support intrinsically valuable career changes.

Sayuri was born in Nagano, Japan and majored in education at university.
In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and playing the piano to refresh myself.
