His expertise covers AI and Data Science, IoT, Digital Transformation (DX), Cybersecurity, and Business Applications. 

Since 2018, he has focused exclusively on IT recruitment, partnering with clients such as GAFA companies, AI and IoT startups, SaaS businesses, consulting firms, and major automotive manufacturers, and delivering numerous successful placements. 

With a strong understanding of IT consultants’ and engineers’ work styles and organizational cultures, Shumpei provides practical and well-informed career advice supported by his extensive industry knowledge and network. 

Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, he worked at RGF Professional Recruitment Japan, where he also gained experience in team management and received multiple monthly performance awards.
