Yoko has focusedon positions within Financial Services since 2006. Her main areas of coverage are roles within commercial banks, trust banks, private banks, internet banks, credit card and payment service companies.

Prior to joining RGF Executive Search Japan, Yoko spent approximately 13 years working as an executive consultant for another Japanese recruitment firm covering front office financial services positions within banks, credit card and payment companies.  

Before joining the Recruitment industry, Yoko worked in sales planningfor a Japanese life insurance company.

In her spare time, she enjoys matching Sake and food as a licensed ‘Japanese Sake Sommelier’.
