Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Yoshihiko built a solid commercial background at a leading jewelry manufacturer and a dental medical device company, 

where he was engaged in both B2B and B2C sales and delivered strong results. Leveraging this business experience, he provides practical, business-oriented recruitment solutions.

He is dedicated to offering sincere and comprehensive support to all stakeholders he works with. 

Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and staying active through regular exercise.
