Prior to entering the recruiting industry, Yoshihiko worked in Sales at a dental materials manufacturer and at a leading jewelry company.

Yoshihiko is originally from Nara Prefecture and graduated from Ryukoku University. In his spare time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as playing golf, traveling, and camping.
