You will be part of the Digital Solutions Department, contributing to the digital transformation (DX) of corporate functions, particularly in the human resources area.
Through discussions with user departments, you will lead a series of activities from planning business improvements and system modifications, to defining requirements, implementation, and continuous improvement after releases. In many cases, the actual system modification work is outsourced to partners. For the HR domain, we use SaaS, package systems, and workflow development platforms.
Additionally, in collaboration with the Human Resources department, we will also provide a data platform to utilize HR data and other related data.
Required Qualifications:
Required:
Experience in implementing and supporting HR systems for either of personnel management, attendance management, payroll etc
Experience in implementing and supporting interface systems between HR systems and other system
Experience in creating or drafting project proposals, requirement definition and design documents
Experience in implementing and supporting IT systems taking advantage of an established methodologies
Preferred:
Experience in implementing and supporting IT systems which support employees such as hire, development, evaluation or talent profile with employee data consolidation
Experience in implementing and supporting Workday
Experience in implementing and supporting an employee ID management system
Experience in proposing or selecting solutions and services such as SaaS, packaged software or consulting services
Experience in implementing or using cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
・Thorough knowledge of core HR operations
・Thorough knowledge of deliverables required when we gather requirements and design business and systems such as process flow, data model definition, system/data flow diagram
・Conceptual skills to analyze business needs and devise optimal solutions and architectures
