-スケジュール管理:会食・社外会議日程調整、投資家訪問日程調整、社内会議設定、国内出張日程調整
-来客用の会議室予約、来社時の対応、電話対応
-各種出張・会食手配
-経費精算、月次支払いの請求書処理
-資料・報告書翻訳
-その他:資料ファイリング、社外取締役業務スケジュール調整・管理、お取引様向けパーティーの招待/顧客リスト管理

Requirements

-役員/社長/マネジメント等の秘書/パーソナルアシスタント経験
-英語力(読み書き及び打ち合わせ等対応)
-PCスキル:MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
