Job Description
■保有資産に関する建物管理全般の統括（PM／BM会社の選定、指導、評価、管理）
■賃貸借契約および運営委託契約の締結・運用・条件変更・交渉・承認業務
■テナント、ホテルオペレーター、PM／BM会社のパフォーマンス管理およびモニタリング
■個別ホテル・物件単位での年間予算の策定および進捗管理
■各物件におけるCAPEXおよび修繕計画の立案、実行、コスト・進捗管理 等
Requirements
【必須】
■不動産金融に関わる経験や不動産AM経験
