Job Description
-Manage daily operations and performance of assigned real estate assets
-Create and execute asset management plans to maximize returns
-Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports
-Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning
-Support property acquisitions, sales, and due diligence processes
-Stay informed about market trends and risks
