■投資案件のBusiness Plan作成・モニタリング・修正
■PM、リーシング会社、仲介会社とのコミュニケーション
■ビジネスプランに基づくリーシングおよび売却の推進
■バリュエーションやアンダーライティングおよびマーケットリサーチ
■アクイジション、ディスポジション等のサポート
※シニオリティは未定。想定ではAssociate-VPレベル
Requirements
【必須】
■不動産アセットマネジメント経験
■英語力があれば尚可
