Job Description
全社のネットワークサービスに関する戦略・ロードマップの策定と運用体制をリードし、グローバルネットワークスペシャリストチームを統括します。エンドユーザー体験の向上とITインフラの強化を目的に、各部門や外部パートナーと連携しながらベストプラクティスを推進します。
主な職務内容
・ネットワーク・音声インフラの戦略立案・標準化・運用
・セキュリティ強化とリスク管理、外部ベンダー監査対応
・新技術導入と技術ロードマップの策定
・サービス品質の維持と障害対応、継続的改善の実施
・チーム管理および社内外との連携推進
Requirements
・3〜5年以上グローバルネットワークチームの統括経験があること
・ネットワーク運用業務や外部ベンダーとの連携、ITILに準拠したサービスマネジメントの実務経験を持つこと
・日本語、英語ビジネスレベル
