・Portfolio Management
- Manage portfolio forecast models, including scenario analysis and stress testing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., acquisitions, asset management, operations) to enhance investment and capital management tools and processes.

・Reporting & Analytics
- Lead preparation of portfolio reports, quarterly updates, and annual plans.
- Develop and improve data analysis and visualizations to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor key metrics, identify risks and opportunities across the portfolio.

・Research & Data Management
- Conduct market and macroeconomic research to support investment strategies.
- Manage and process internal and external data sources (structured/unstructured).

・Team Oversight
- Supervise and allocate tasks to junior team members.
- Ensure quality control and timely delivery of outputs.

・7–10 years of relevant experience in financial services or real estate investment, with strong knowledge of the real estate market.
・Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) are a plus.
・Strong skills in financial analysis, valuation, and modeling; able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
・Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of programming or data analysis tools is an advantage.
