Job Description
主な業務は、案件責任者の方針に従い、メザニン投資案件のソーシング、エグゼキューション、モニタリングを自立して遂行することです。
加えて、アナリストやアソシエイトの指導に関与し、案件によっては案件責任者の役割を代行することもあります。
Requirements
必須要件
-M&AアドバイザリーまたはM&Aファイナンスの実務経験が概ね3年以上あること
-契約書・タームシートなどのファイナンス関連ドキュメントに関する深い理解
-高度な財務分析スキル
-優れた交渉力
-Word、Excel、PowerPoint を用いた高い資料作成スキル
-ネイティブレベルの日本語力、および大学受験レベルの英語の読解・記述力
-大学卒以上の学歴
歓迎要件
-メザニンファイナンスにおける投融資経験
-ビジネスレベルの英語力
-公認会計士（試験合格者含む）
-CFAまたはCMAの資格保有者
