Job Description
-投資運用ファンドの期中管理・運営業務
（収益最大化に向けた戦略立案・実行、投資家・金融機関との交渉や報告、キャッシュフロー管理、
各種レポート作成、テナント対応や施設管理計画の調整などPMとの連携を含む）
-ファンド組成、投資回収および出口戦略に関する業務
Requirements
-不動産運用関連業務の実務経験（私募ファンドのAM経験がある方）
-文書作成や報告資料作成のスキル
-Excelの基本操作・関数利用に抵抗がなく、効率的に活用できる方
-大学卒以上
