Responsibilities:
・Develop and implement agile budget management processes and governance for DX and IT systems to support business strategy execution.
・Plan, analyze, and manage IT budgets across global operations, ensuring alignment with corporate priorities.
・Provide insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation for digital and IT initiatives.
・Communicate complex financial and budget information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
・Lead and facilitate remote meetings with international partners as a representative from Japan.
