Key Responsibilities
Regional Operations Management
Lead and oversee daily HR Operations activities to ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to SLAs
Allocate work across team members and regions based on capability, workload, and priority
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex, time-sensitive, or confidential HR issues
Provide guidance and development opportunities to HR Ops team members, enhancing their enterprise knowledge and technical skills
Deliver training on new processes, systems, and workflows; oversee testing and implementation
Build a strong, cohesive, and positive team environment
Strategy, Process Improvement & Execution
Identify opportunities to enhance HR service delivery by analyzing client needs, customer experience, technological capabilities, and operational metrics
Conduct compliance audits and implement corrective actions where necessary
Work with regional and global managers to execute large-scale process improvements
Leverage HR technology to modernize workflows, improve employee experience, and strengthen data integrity
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership on projects and operational strategy
Manage assigned global and regional HR initiatives end-to-end

Foster a strong sense of connection and collaboration across global HR Operations teams
Lead by example through positivity, professionalism, adaptability, and clear communication
