Yusuke specializes in executive search for professionals across international real estate private equity funds (REPE) and infrastructure funds, with a focus on mid to senior level.

After beginning his career at a leading global IT consulting firm, he transitioned into financial services recruitment in 2012. Since then, he has built an extensive track record in executive search, working with both international and Japanese recruitment firms.

Based in Tokyo and Singapore throughout his career, he has developed a broad network across Japan and international markets.

He has successfully completed searches for a wide range of investment professionals, including Heads of Investment, investment professionals, acquisitions specialists, asset managers, and investor relations professionals.

He attended an international school in Geneva, Switzerland, before earning his bachelor's degree from Suffolk University in Boston and his MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

A native Japanese speaker, he is also fluent in English and communicates effectively with both clients and candidates in both languages.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new places together, and watching sports.
