Job Description
■物流・インダストリアルアセットを中心としたJ-REITの物件取得業務全般を担当
■新規取得案件のソーシング、投資採算分析、デューデリジェンスからクロージングまでを一貫して実施
■私募ファンド（ブリッジファンド含む）の組成・アレンジ業務にも関与
■国内機関投資家、金融機関、リース会社、外部AM会社との協業・調整を担当
Requirements
【必須】
■不動産アクイジション経験
※不動産の法人仲介経験者や不動産ファイナンス経験者もポテンシャルで検討可
