■投資案件のソーシング、評価（アンダーライティング）、実行までの一連のプロセスを統括
■財務・バリュエーションモデルの作成・管理を通じた投資判断の主導
■外部アセットマネージャーおよび社内関係者と連携したDD～クロージングの推進
■金融機関との関係構築およびファイナンス条件の交渉
■市場分析・投資戦略立案への貢献
■チームマネジメントおよびジュニアメンバーの育成
Requirements
【必須】
■レジデンシャルまたはアコモデーションに関わる 10～15年以上の投資実務経験
■ビジネスレベルの英語力（読み・書き・会話）
