Position Overview
We are hiring In-house Software Engineers to support digital transformation at a global company.
This role involves end-to-end system development and operations across EC, core systems, and data platforms, leveraging modern technologies to drive business transformation.
Responsibilities
・You will be involved in one or more of the following areas, covering design, development, testing, release, and operations:
・EC backend development (microservices architecture)
・Frontend development (Web / Mobile applications)
・DevOps and CI/CD pipeline development
・UI/UX component design and development
・Global core systems (SCM, logistics, ERP)
・Data integration / ETL / data lake development
・Company-wide shared cloud platform development
Assignment will be determined based on your experience and strengths.
Opportunities for collaboration with overseas teams and business trips are available.

Requirements
Required Qualifications
・5+ years of programming experience (Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, etc.)
・5+ years of experience in system design, development, and testing
・3+ years of system operations experience
・Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
・Business level English or Japanese
