Yang mainly focuses on the internal IT sector within the healthcare and manufacturing industries. 

He moved to Japan in 2014, and after working in sales roles at a trading company and an energy company, he transitioned to a career as a recruiter in 2022. 

In his previous role, he handled positions related to data, digital transformation (DX), security, infrastructure, and applications. He successfully placed candidates in roles such as CIO, IT Director, IT Senior Manager, and Security Senior Manager, receiving multiple awards including the Annual MVP. 

Originally from Changzhou, China, Yang holds a master's degree in Journalism from Sophia University Graduate School. In addition to his native Mandarin, he is fluent in both Japanese and English. 

In his free time, he enjoys exploring gourmet food and traveling abroad.
