Position Overview
We are seeking Data Scientists and AI/Data Science Project Managers to lead data-driven transformation initiatives within a global consumer-focused organization. This role plays a key part in leveraging large-scale data and advanced analytics to automate, optimize, and enhance enterprise-wide business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Data Scientist
・Define business problems in collaboration with stakeholders
・Design, develop, and validate analytical, machine learning, or optimization models
・Deploy models into production systems and drive business adoption
Senior / Lead Data Scientist
・Lead complex analytics initiatives while contributing hands-on
・Manage and mentor data science team members
・Communicate insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Project Manager (AI & Data Science)
・Lead end-to-end AI/data science projects
・Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, and stakeholders
・Drive enterprise-level business transformation through data-driven solutions
Requirements
・2+ years of experience (Data Scientist) / 5+ years (Lead or PM) in data science or AI-related roles
・Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, or optimization
・Hands-on experience with Python and SQL
・Proven ability to translate analytics into real business impact
・Strong communication skills in a cross-functional environment
