Job Description
期中管理から出口までのミドル業務全般：
・キャッシュフロー管理・支払管理
・信託・レンダー対応、コベナンツ管理
・会計事務所とのやり取り(決算/税務申告の内容確認及び承認を含む)
・SPC管理全般
Requirements
必須条件：
・キャッシュフロー管理実務経験
・レンダー及び会計事務所対応等の実務経験
・標準レベル以上のExcelスキル
・母国語：日本語
・短期大学卒、大学卒以上
歓迎条件：
・不動産ファンド業界におけるミドル業務経験2年以上
・財務会計/税務の知識や経験
・会計事務所/税理士法人等でのアカウンティング・税務の業務経験
・海外投資家とのWeb会議やレポーティングが可能な英語力
