■洋上風力発電プロジェクトのノンリコースファイナンスを組成・実行
■資金調達スキームおよびファイナンス戦略の立案・実行
■デューデリジェンスの推進、アドバイザー・レンダーとの調整
■IM、タームシートなど資金調達関連資料の作成・管理
Requirements
【必須】
■プロジェクトファイナンスやストラクチャードファイナンス、投資銀行業務、コーポレートファイナンス、財務アドバイザリー、またはインフラファイナンスのいずれかの分野における5年以上の実務経験
■流暢な日本語と英語
