After an amazing 3+ year journey as a manager (APAC) in the L&D team, from Q4, Russell has decided to internally transfer to ES Japan and will be joining the Pharmaceutical Commercial team as a Principal Consultant.

As everyone is aware, at RGF Russell has created over 100 hours of world class training courses including groundbreaking work on business strategy, leadership and the neuro-psychology of influence and persuasion.

What you might not know about Russell is that he has worked in talent management for 25 years. Starting in HR in London, he then moved to SE Asia to start a successful management consulting firm. He is an executive coach, an author on neuro-psychology and has trained the regional management teams at companies including Standard Chartered Bank, Coach, H&M and Mistui and Co. With a degree in Business Administration he is also a member of the CIPD (for HR professionals in the UK) and an ICF qualified coach.

 As the pharmaceutical industry undergoes rigorous innovation, Russell has set out to apply his executive coaching and entrepreneurial skills by partnering with decision makers to place top talent in Healthcare & Life Sciences.
