Atsushi is a specialist in Chemical & Energy and focuses on mid-range to executive roles. He has been in the search business since 2017.  

Prior to joining RGF Executive Search, he worked with one of the largest Japanese recruitment firms, where he won several company awards for his stunning performance, along with 2 years’ management experience and strong track record in the market. 

Atsushi has deep knowlege and strong relationships in the market and continues to deliver on search projects that encompasses mid to management level searches within Chemical, Oil, Gas & Energy areas. 

Originally from Kyoto, Atsushi received a Bachelor's degree in International Relations. 
Outside the office, Atsushi enjoys watching movies, playing golf and traveling. He has been to more than 10 countries and would like to continue exploring the world.
