Allen specializes in senior level technical and commercial searches, particularly in Energy and Chemical recruitment. He covers Oil & Gas, EPC, Power, Process Automation, Chemical and Materials Industries. 

Since becoming an executive recruiter in 2014, Allen has completed numerous executive search assignments including Managing Directors, Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, and Engineering Directors. 

Originally from Uzbekistan, Allen received a Master’s degree in International Relations from Kyushu University (Japan). In addition to his native Uzbek, he speaks fluent English, Russian, Turkish, and he also has a working proficiency in Japanese. Allen enjoys foreign languages, history, football and martial arts.
