Nazuna has been recruiting since 2011, and specializes in mid to executive level searches in the renewable energy, offshore wind, GX, and plant engineering sectors. 

She has successfully filled highly challenging positions in business development, project management, engineering, construction, and O&M positions for power generation projects for both Japanese and foreign companies. 

Prior to joining RGF Executive Search, she has supported foreign renewable energy specialist agencies, offshore & wind developers in Japan and Japanese renewable energy project companies. 

Her strengths lie in her solid pipeline with the renewable energy and plant engineering industries, knowledge of both foreign and Japanese company recruitment market, as well as her extensive industry knowledge. 

She has a desire to contribute to the green transformation of Japan through successful recruitment for she majored in international environmental issues as a student. 

Nazuna is originally from China, moved to Japan as a child, and holds a B.A. in International Sociology from Utsunomiya University. She is native in Japanese, and fluent in English and Chinese. 

In her spare time, she enjoys hiking and traveling with her dog, a Pomeranian.
