Kentaro specializes in mid-level to Executive level searches for Internal IT / Digital Transformation positions across multiple industries as well as executive level searches for Start-ups and large scale Online Service companies. 

He has been in the Japan search business since 2016 and has a strong track record of managing Finance IT, Fintech & Online Tech teams. He has consistently delivered on search projects that encompasses mid to executive level searches in Digital Transformation, Cyber Security and Data Science areas. Previously, Kentaro & his team achieved multiple monthly MVP milestones.  

Kentaro was born in Hokkaido and speaks both Japanese and English. In his free time, Kentaro enjoys weightlifting, surfing and travel.
