Yamamoto is responsible for in-house IT systems and security across various industries, mainly focusing on large Japanese corporations. 

Yamamoto started his career as an in-house systems engineer in the insurance industry and transitioned to the recruiting industry in 2018. He has a proven track record of successfully conducting challenging searches, such as for security officers and heads of IT departments at major global Japanese companies. 
At the global recruitment firm where he worked before joining RGF Executive Search Japan, Yamamoto was recognized as the company's top career advisor for four consecutive years, with many successful career placements.
Yamamoto is from Saitama Prefecture, Japan, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences from Hosei University. 

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his children.
