Ben has over 18 years experience working in the bilingual recruitment industry in Tokyo and is the Senior Director for Technology & X-Tech Teams. Previously to this role he served as the Managing Director at a bilingual recruitment firm.  

Ben is an experienced recruiter for Technology for both Infrastructure and Application across Contingency, Retained, Contract and Managed Services, and has a strong local network. 

Born in France and raised in the UK, Ben speaks 5 languages including Japanese and recently completed the High Performance Leadership Programme with Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.  

Outside of work Ben is a sub 4 hours marathoner, enjoys cycling and following his beloved Everton FC.
