Hiroshi is a specialist in the Technology field focusing on middle management to executive level search assignments.  

He has been in the recruiting industry since 2000 and has worked with Technologists across various fields, including App Development, Infrastructure, DX, Engineering, Project/Product Management, CIO/CTO class. In terms of expertise, he specializes in middle management roles, such as Tech Lead/ Lead Engineers, Project/Product managers, IT consulting/System Integration and Infrastructure Lead/Manager, up to Executive Level & Top Management.  

In 2023, he joined RGF Executive Search Japan to lead the Nikkei Technology practice.   

Japanese is his native language, and he is also proficient in English. In his leisure time, he enjoys activities such as strength training, cooking, and boating.
