Her focus has been on partnering with multinational organizations and successfully recruiting for positions such as CTO, Engineering Manager, Software/Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Product/Project Manager. Through her work, Melisa has developed a robust network of technology professionals and gained a deep understanding of the technical landscape and market dynamics, enabling her to provide optimal solutions to her clients.

Melisa holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honors) degree from the University of Portsmouth in the UK. She is proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. 

Outside of work, Melisa is a passionate foodie who enjoys playing the piano and exploring various parts of Japan while traveling.
